sunburn help please

what else can I use thats really soothes sunburns fast? I've done vinegar but would like something that will work all night long as well.

  • aloe vera plant. like straight up fresh cut.

    not mixed with lotion or anything its kind sticky but it soothes..

    Noxema helps too

  • I've heard that cold used tea bags help. Do you have any Noxzema around or anything with aloe in it? Otherwise, if you go out and get something get some Solarcaine. My son had bad sunburn last week and this helped him the most.

  • also take a cool shower and wear very loose and light clothing with a fan blowing on you if it REALLY bad!!!

  • aloe & with lidocaine if you can get it! put the aloe in the fridge for a bit to chill it too.

    a warm shower or a warm soak (like body temp or just a tad warmer, but not hot)- don't scrub!

    ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory so it will help (tylenol will not, it's not an NSAID)

  • Aloe and use sunscreen next time. It only takes one bad sunburn to get skin cancer.
