Why is it that some go out of state to places with no tax? Actors do this.

Are people avoiding their duty/ yes, would or have I , no. Why? It's not right. Do I care. Yes, it hurting me to pay tax. NO

  • some states, like New Hampshire, have no sales tax. When i lived in MA, we drove to NH all the time to save a few bucks on things like Christmas shopping.

  • It's more thank just actors. I grew up in Montana (no sales tax) , and I remember tons of people going there from WY to do their shopping.

  • Some states don't have income taxes. Florida doesn't have income taxes, but on the flip side they have very high property taxes. I know a lot of people prefer to buy online because they can get around paying sales tax that way.

  • Here in Nevada, we have no state income tax. Our sales tax is high, but it's deductible.
