Want some ideas on making a "reuse" Board at our recycling center!

I work at a recycling center. I want to make a Board, like a ribbon or cork board to put messages on and such. Do you have any good ideas on reusing some common items that we might get in for recycle? I am excited to do this, want it to look really nice.
Thanks for any ideas:)

  • Large plastic bottles are good for collecting change- you can't get into it until you cut it. :0) Film canisters are good for holding tacks and straight pins lint: make clay- I haven't done this yet but it's on my rainy day list

Tires: make a swing or perfect for flower beds.  we have 2 out back

old shower curtains: tarps.  We have one we use in the summer to cover our kiddie pool.  Saves water on refil for dirty water and evaportaion.

shoe boxes: gift wrapping, saving receipts, holding and sorting photos

old binders: hold bills or old school work for, you kids safley and free of wrinkles

Yes we do all of these and recycle the in the bin what we can't use right then.
