What is so nutritous about nutella?

It's good but is it really healthy?

  • Personally I don't think anything is, it is very high in sugar and really has nothing good about it.

  • In moderation yes. It has some of the same things as peanut butter like protein, good fats, vitamins, etc.

  • I would say it supposed to be? I mean, raw chocolate and hazelnuts are good for you, but is it hazelnut flavored, or is there an actual paste of hazelnuts in it?

  • it's a healthiER alternative to other things I guess Like if you are offering toast with nutella instead of cookies for a dessert fix.. It does have less fat than Jiff but more sugar and less protein. I would have never considered it healthy though.

  • Peanuts ground up in it as an ingredient are considered protein food.
