  • Your child needs to show signs of being ready or it will be a waste of your time. If they understand what a poty is for or can tell you when they go then start taking them there every 1-1 1/2 hours and set them down let them try to go. After they get that use underwear so they can feel what they are doing and learn they dont want to be in wet gross pants then they will get the hang of it. use stickers or treats to get then excited.

  • i agree with the first answer, it'll only work if she's ready. but to help her get ready, try buying potty videos. they have elmo ones and potty time w bear(bear in the big blue house) im sure they have tons more! also, put her potty in what ever room she's in so if she gets curious, she can sit on it and watch her potty videos. maybe she'll understand what's suposed to go on. my older daughter didn't get potty trained untill right before she turned 3. my 2 yr old is only getting it becuase she see's her older sister doing it.
