How much sleep is too much?

I seem to be tired all the time no matter how much sleep I get how do I get my energy back?

  • If you oversleep, you will wake up tired. 7 to 8 hours is ideal for adults.

  • get checked for anemia. Also I noticed that you posted about wanting to lose weight... having too much weight to lug around can be exhausting
