Hi moms, I am a SAHM who really should be cooking and not online on cafemom right now (lol) but I need to make something for dinner. Looking for something easy and yummy... suggestions?

  • Pasta Salad. Can be a main or side dish. It's really delicious and easy to make.

Cube Skinless, Boneless chicken breasts and cook them in skillet until thoroughly cooked. Only use a little oil, no other seasonings. Cook spiral or bow tie pasta until cooked through. (Amounts of past and chicken depend on how many people you're serving) In a large bowl mix Chicken, Pasta, Parmasean Cheese, Garlic (Pre-minced in a Jar), and Italian dressing to taste. You can serve it warm, room temprature, or cold. Add Veggies if you wish.

  • I'm making blueberry pancakes and tempeh bacon tonight. The boy has been bugging me about pancakes all day so he's getting them for dinner tonight. I'll probably make smoothies to go with them.
