Freezing meals

So since i work 3-10 just about every day of the week i feel bad that im not home to make dinner. Most days i try to make a meal before i go to work for the kids and SO...but with the baby and my schedule getting more and more hectic sometimes it doesnt happen. • I think almost any casserole freezes pretty well, sheperds pie, chicken pot pie and as someone else said pastas. Stuffed shells, lasagna and things a long those lines.

  • We make double batches anytime we make lasagna. It only takes 10 extra minutes to make twice as much food.

  • I like to marinate chicken in different marinades and grill them up at once. Then I freeze them.
