  • We make our own kind of chicken chow main. We just use cooked spaghetti, peas and carrots, and cooked/cubed chicken breast. And just a small amount of soy sauce over the whole thing. Our son loves it.

  • I make quesadillas a lot for lunch..quick easy and kids can dip them..you can throw whatever you want in them. apples and peanut butter, my kids love to dip things so i play with that alot...also stir fries...you can throw in a ton of veggies and mix with rice
