  • I dont think it is drastically over weight. He could stand to lose 10 lbs.

  • depends on his BMI
My hubby is 5'10 and 220 but most of its muscle. He works out like crazy and is really buff. but if its all fat maybe he's a bit over weight

  • For a man that height, it's not considered "over weight".

My ex husband joined a gym recently and had a full evaluation done. He said his goal weight was 200lbs and they told him that because of his height and build, that 200lbs was too low and that he should aim for 230lbs.

  • i think it depends a lot on how much is muscle and how much is fat. and what his bone structure is.

  • According to a doc he may be overweight or even considered obese. But I say that as long as he healthy, eating right, and excercising to each his own. He may be more on the muscular side than on fat side. Is he ripped with a washboard stomach?? Or a bear gut that you can put a soda can on?? Just love him for him

  • according to BMI He is borderline obese but this depends on muscle and fat mass.
