My kids are out of control YIKES ...

Why is it that kids know the right time to pick at you.
It's like they see that your at your weakest level of the day
of that your not feeling well.

Today mine are seeing that I am reaching the weak level.
It's time for an outing ....

Any of you have times during the day when you feel
that your just not up to par?

  • For sure. On Sunday morning my son was driving me crazy and I couldn't take it right then so I sent him to his grandparents for the night. Right now I'm so tired (but at work) I cannot fight him at all tonight.

  • I'm not sure I understand the long-term benefit ... if they're starting to get out of control because they recognize that you are at your weakest and this behavior is rewarded with an outing ... then aren't they being taught that this behavior is how to get what they want?

(I do think you're right, they can sense when you're not at your best)

  • No, I meant as far as going out. That they are bored so that is why they are acting a certain way.

Usually they do this when they are waiting for us to go out.

IT's not out of control.. persay it's a good title an attention getter I'll say.

That's why it's under the Just for fun.

Our kids drive us MAD / crazy alot of the time. It's just sometimes I am say in a weaker state so it bothers me a little more
that's why its time to go to the library where we can have a good time and peace quite.
