in summer, i love to eat watermelon,,so i eat like every 4 days a huge one,,do u think i will gain weight from watermelon??

  • there's about 46 calories in a cup of watermelon. It's the same old have to put out more calories than you take in or you will gain weight.

  • Watermelon is actually very high in sugar and the least nutritional of all the fruit. (Basicially water and sugar) In moderation watermelon is good but there are better choices. Below I looked up the calories of a whole watermelon for you! It adds up. Apples, cantalope, small banana, handful of berries are the best choices. High sugar ones are: Raisins, grapes, canned fruit in syrup, and watermelon.
