  • well, giving that there is only outside pictures of the first one, and inside pictures of the 3rd link, I'd go with the 3rd one. It looks very nice, but really its just where you think you'll be happiest!! Good Luck!

  • OP--Are you working with a reputable Realtor in Peru?! Or are you just going by the pictures?! Since it's not possible to check out these houses in person, I either:

    1. Select a reputable Realtor, and request that he/she send me a "walking video tour" of each home...inside and outside!, OR
    2. Rent an apartment in Peru, and once you get there, find a reputable Realtor and check out the homes in person!!

    I would never buy something sight unseen! You need to ask yourself:

    Is this home is an optimal/safe location?
    What does the REST of neighborhood look like?
    What do your NEIGHBORS homes look like?
    What is the infrastructure like--police, fire, emergency services?
    What is the crime rate?
