How do I ease the early pregnancy cramps?

Im only 5 weeks and had an appt today.....dr says all ok.

  • I usually could prop my feet up and it would help. My doc said to take Tylenol if it got too bad. I would just think..these are good cramps making way for my little one :) Good luck!

  • i dnt think u can im 6 wks preg and i have the same prob this is my 3rd baby and i remember the cramping w/ the other two

  • i think the cramps are actually a good sign i had 2 miscarriages in the past and i dindnt crap with the miscarriages

  • i had the same problem when i was pregnant. Nice long really warm baths! Kick back and relax, helped me everytime

  • the early cramping is ur uterus stressing to make room... take a tylenol and try to get some sleep... it goes away after a few minutes.
