That time of month adult content

I get severe severe cramps when I have my period. I cant take ANY NSAIDS. Does anyone have any alternative therapy ideas that actually work on cramps?

  • I am the same way so my doctor prescribe me a low dose of ultram. and i use a heating pad

  • If you are at home a lot of times heating pads can help and I have seen ones that you can wear under your clothes check out the your local drug store. Also try eating more potassium and drink a lot of water. You could also talk to your doctor about birth control pills they can help lessen your PMS symptoms and lighten your period.

  • Eat lots of lettuce,cabbage, and parsley before and during your period. To get the full benefits eat them raw or steamed.

    Gin and tonic will work as well, but in moderation of course. You want to get rid of the cramps not have a hangover.

    Chamomile tea works well too. Increase your calcium

  • Heat (heating pad, warm bath)

    Acupressure or acupuncture. massage.

    light to moderate exercise.
