I know someone has asked this recently, but I cannot find the answers! Anyhow, how long can you freeze breast milk for?

  • Depending on the freezer you can freeze it anywhere from 6 months up to a year.

  • if its a freezer that is attached to the fridge, it will last up to 6 months to a year, if its a deep freeze like one that is in the garage, a year for sure.
