my baby boy is constipated. What have you tried that works for your baby ? he is 11mths

  • Probiotics were the only thing that helped my son. He was on them daily from 1 month old til he was off formula, around 15 months.

  • Little Tummy's - it's a natural laxative made out of vegetables, put a little in his bottle, good to go by the next day!!

  • I give my little man a waffle with maple syrup. Seriously, something in the syrup makes him go. He's 13 months old.

  • Apple Juice, Prune Juice and Simethicone drops along with rubbing the belly until they have a bowel movement.

  • Is he breastfed? The usual solution is to back off on solids (especially grains/cereals) and just to breastfeed, it's a natural laxative. Probiotics work well too, as well as aloe vera juice.

  • Pear juice also works and tastes a lot better than prune juice. :)

    the fruit is better than juice. juice as too much sugar and no fiber benefits
