  • None. He should be on real food, like finger foods. Whatever you eat almost.

  • My daughter wouldnt eat the jar foods, only table foods.
BUT I babysit a little boy since he was 3 months old and he LOVED jar foods, lol.
By 11 months...he was eating 3 solid meals a day and about 4 bottles of formula in a 24 hour period.
So, his typical day of meals was something like this:
    wake: 6 ounce bottle
bfast: Baby oatmeal or rice cereal mixed with formula + jar of fruit+water
    11: 6 ounce bottle formula
    Nap

    Wake:
    Lunch:1 jar meat,1jar veggie,1jar fruit, juice

    6 ounce bottle formula

    DINNER:
    1 jar meat,1 jar veggie,1 jar fruit...water or juice

    6 ounce bottle

    BED.

He didnt take to the table foods too well ntil after he was a year..he gagged on it a lot.
But thats basically what he ate in a day.
    Hope this helps!
