  • Sure! Normally if I don't let it out I will start crying after I laugh.

Just do it! You will feel better. =0)

  • Don't think I can. My husband would get mad and start a fight with me anytime I cried, which I rarely cried anyways, and now I taught myself not to cry even when I want too.

  • I get that feeling sometimes, and honestly, just crying hysterically really makes me feel better. It's like a release.

  • I am the type of person who wouldnt cry in front of anyone, even when i gav birth i refused to scream or cry in pain and when i first seen my babies i was so emotional but refused to cry. However when I am alone and need to vent I go somewhere alone, sometimes taking a shower helps letting it all out to where Dh cant hear you
