breast milk and sunlight, or billirubin lights and formula?

  • since formula and lights are far less than perfect copies, the real thing is always best. hospitals get too bogged down in technology and regulations, and forget about the simplest solution.

  • Breast milk is obviously best, but as much fluids as the baby will take in conjunction with sunlight are the best thing for him/her.

  • breastmilk and sunlight, but you can do an ounce or so of formula if it makes you feel better.

  • a friend just had a baby that is jaundice... they are letting her pump, but don't want her to breast feed, and take the baby away from the lights,doesn't that seem odd?
