  • I was gezz 232lbs after my last baby due to cervical cancer ( you sit on your tushy for almost 2 years ).. and once I was cleared after the hysterectomy I bought Alli. It saved my life. A year and a half later, without any real exercise, I only weigh 155lbs. It makes you have to eat better by learning through your digestive and waste systems of your body. Even now, over a year later, I don't gain anythig, I actually still looose because I know eating some certain things will make you sick..

  • The best thing I have found is to cut your caloric intake and move more. Try to eat whole foods only. Don't buy diet foods- they are just empty carbs. Here is typically what is on my grocery list:

    ground turkey
    chicken breasts
    canned or dry beans
    fresh spinach
    peanut butter
fresh fruits of all kinds (berries, canteloupe, apples, bananas, oranges, cherries)
fresh veggies (sweet potatoes, cabbage, zuchini, asparagus, brussels, broccoli, bell peppers, cauliflower, tomatoes, cucumbers)
whole wheat/ high fiber tortillas for wraps
    whole wheat bread
    oatmeal (old fashioned)
    low sodium lunch meat
plain yogurt/ frozen fruit (for smoothies)
100% whole grain pasta (mueller's brand is best)

We don't eat red meat on a regular basis anymore. Now we just indulge in a good, expensive steak every once in a while. Also- no alcohol. Stay away from convenience foods- that st
