  • No but I need to! I went back to the gym today, hopefully I will keep it up! I usually do 2 miles, various types of crunches, and some weights

  • I don't, but I wish I had the gumption to do so. I do do some yoga and walking.

  • I wish! Two jobs, school, and a bucket full of kids who has time to work out? I try to get a little something in every day whether it's pushing my kid on his bike down the street, or playing basketball with my older boys, or taking a walk with my two little ones, playing frisbee with the kids (lots of running after the frisbee), cleaning my forever messy house, occasionally I try to get in a ten minute cardio work out from spark people (I highly recommend for those who are looking to be healthier). I do what I can but right now it's not enough. I have too many other things on my plate.

  • Not me. I do some sort of exercise about 5 days a week. Sometimes it's walking, sometimes jogging, sometimes riding my bike, or playing tennis. I switch it up.

  • Usually do, but I have been lazy since vacation and haven't worked out 12 days...I really have to get back on the ball. I do Jillian Michaels banish fat boost metabolism work out and a workout by Kendall Hogan called Crunch Total Resculpt. Great workouts!

  • Yep... I'm doing Insanity until next Saturday the 31st...then I am finished with that program. After that I am beginning 10K training and then marathon training is after that one... both of those require days of strength training as well.. I plan on incorporating Yoga and some Insanity workouts on those days.
