Weight loss

So this time last year I was 20 or 30 PBS lighter than I am now and it's really driving me crazy because nothing fits me. I need to lose this weight but I have no motivation I'm tired from my girls all day long and just don't want to do anything extra. But it's really getting to me. So if you know of any quick workouts that are affective please let me know.

  • Taibo has a ten minute work out, Gilad has a ten minute work out actually a set so you can vary the workout but its good.

  • maybe try changing your diet first.
    if you lose weight through changing your eating habits then it may provide motivation.

    the best quickest work out i know is JM's 30 Day Shred.

  • I've joined WW and I use a Jillian Michaels dvd and am having really good results. Cardio is going to burn fat.

  • Anything by Jillian Michaels has been excellent. I'm using her book "The Abs Diet" right now. For me the quickest way to lose weight was running almost every day. Start at a mile and build up. I've only been running 2 or so when I work out, but at my skinniest point I was running 5 miles 5 days a week. Burn baby burn!
