What is your most used household appliance...one that you would have a hard time doing without?

I really use my Kitchen Aid mixer with the attachments a lot. It is really heavy duty and has lasted through a lot of use. I use it for grating cheese, mixing cakes and desserts, and whipping egg whites for recipes the most since I do a lot of cooking from scratch. What is your favorite appliance? I doesn't have to be used in the kitchen.

  • My puter. If I had to choose just one actual appliance it would be my dehydrator. I can cook without the stove, can and dehydrate to eliminate the frig/freezer, mix by hand, etc. I can air dry food as well, but here in the south it's frequently very humid.

The puter is a must though. No puter, no internet :-(

  • It's the washing machine for me. And sad to say the microwave is a close second. :( I would struggle without my stand mixer, toaster, blender and crockpot as well. I still cook and slightly puree for my 14 mo old twins.
