  • it's contractions. i would start timing when the pain starts and see if it's in a pattern yet. it is normal for the baby to move a little between the contractions. gl! sounds like baby is coming sometime soon (days? who knows lol)

  • Call your doctor and let them know. They will tell you to either go to the hospital and have them check it out or tell you to wait at home and count how far apart they are. If it's "real" contractions then they will get harder, more painful, longer, and closer together. If they don't then it's those blasted Braxton Hicks.
Sit down on the couch (if you can) and start counting them. If they get closer together wait till they are about 5 min apart, grab your bag and head on up the hospital!!
GL Momma and congrats to you!!

  • Go get a stop watch. Start marking down the time when each pain starts and ends. If you notice that the pains are coming at an exact time apart..thos eare contractions. In the meantime, you can take a warm shower, let the water run on your lower back...get down on your hands and knees in the shower..that might feel even better.
Walk around the house a bit.
If they are coming at the same amount of time apart...depending on how far from the hospital you are..I would leave to go to the hospital when they get to be exactly 5 minutes apart.
    GOOD LUCK!!! awwwww :)
