I had my son 3 yrs ago and my stomach still looks like i'm 7 months pregnant why is that?

Ive done alot of aerobics and everything but i'll lose weight from everywhere else except my stomach:(

  • Do target excercises for your tummy. Sit up's and crunches and squats to get the parts that need it.
