  • I personally wouldn't. They can pull on them, get them stuck on things, they are unable to care properly for them! What if it gets infected? That's unnecessary! I would wait until they are at least 7 or 8 and they ask for it themselves. What if they don't even want earrings?

  • Nope. I feel like either do it when they are little babies and won't play with them or do it when they are much older, like 12, and can and will care for them by themselves.

  • Yes I would. I got my oldest 2 ears done at around 6 months. My youngest one is almost a year old and I have not done it yet for her.

  • my DD got her ears pierced at 6 mo. cause that was the legal age with parental consent (duh) where we lived at the time. So yeah, I would get her ears pierced at age 2. . .she is 7 now and if she wanted I would let her have a second set.

  • I doubt it. It would depend on the kid though. I didn't get my girl's done until 3 1/2 because that's when she earned the money to pay half and have a part in caring for them and when she wanted them. I don't see most kids doing that at 2.
