What does bump mean, does it mean like a thumbs up on an answer?

  • no it means your question goes to the top of the bumped category so more ppl can see it

  • So I'm thinking I guess if you like the question and want it to be on top of the other questions you can bump it to the top. And I think the vote up is something u do if you like the answer a person gave, its like a thumbs up. Now someone please let me know if I am correct.
