I started INSANITY on the 19th and lost 2lbs! This is a HUGE deal to me because I could not break the 140lb mark with previous workouts or running after having my first baby last November. Which is weird because after a month of running, I normally see results on the scale - proves that your body does change in the exercising area (don't lose as easy as you use to!). However, after 3 days of the intense cardio workouts, I feel like superwoman and feel so healthy after eating a good diet. I am counting calories so I guess that plays the biggest part in my weight loss.
Every lb lost should be celebrated... even 2 lbs! ;)
