  • running, biking, sit ups kinda help. move around, see what burns the inner thighs lol, if it starts to hurt after a while, you're doin good haha

  • Get a barbell with some weights and sit it across the meaty part of your shoulders before doing the squats and lunges. Go down as far as you can, sticking your butt out like you're sitting on a chair with the squats, and keeping a shoulder width distance between your legs for the lunges. Also when you're lunging you can let the back heel come up off the floor. Run regularly combined with these 2 and you'll be good to go!
