  • Most say it is fine at about 9 months. That is when I started yogurt and cheese with my LOs.

  • Our pediatrician said dairy products like cheese, yogurt, etc at 8 months. Not milk, though. Milk at 1 year.

  • I agree with Gailll. The AAP says anytime after 6 months as long as there is not family history of milk allergy :)
