i have gallblader problems are hemp hearts bad to eat

because i have gallbladder problems? im not supposed to eat seeds or nuts but sences these are soft im not sure if they would effect the gallbladder.. dose anyone no anything about this?

  • from what I just googled, they are fine and actually very healthy for people with gallstones to eat because they are a healthy, unsaturated fat source.

    for gallbladder issues though, I've never heard of not eating seeds, I've always heard to eat less meat and dairy

  • My husband just had his gallbladder taken out because of gallstones. But before they took it out they told him to avoid fatty/ high cholesterol foods. Which seeds and nuts have a pretty high amount of fat, but it's unsaturated fat , so idk if that makes a difference or not though.
