Typically for women, you should weigh 100 pounds at 5 feet, and 5 pounds each inch after.. so that would mean 110 lbs. Obviously, that is pretty unrealistic for a lot of women. I will venture a guess of 110-130 pounds is pretty healthy, but you should probably ask your doctor if you are concerned. Also, its not always aboout weight, its about how you feel :)

My sister is 5; and she is happy when she weighs around 115-118. No one can tell she is fat when she weighs 130 but her. I am just going to say it depends on you bones and such. However this doesn't mean that some one 5'2" would be fine at 180. I would say it simply may fluctuate between 120-145.
This is just my guess.
