  • A month ago I would probably drink only 1-2 glasses of water a day. Now that I am REALLY trying to lose weight and lead a healthier lifestyle I drink about 8-10 glasses a day sometimes more depending on how much I exercised that day.

  • The town I live in has nasty water, the city even tells us not to drink to much of it because of the high levels of metals
so I drink only the 16 oz. water bottles and I try for 4 of them but if it is really hot I will have up to 6 or 7

  • I have a 20 oz. glass that I fill in the morning and then refill during the day. I try to get 5 to 6 of those a day. I notice that I feel lousy when I don't drink enough water.
