  • Its an unfiltered apple cider vinegar that is supposed to cleanse and heal the body .

  • My hubby uses it for heartburn/acid reflux. It is raw, unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar which is much more healthy than distilled. Vinegar works as an antacid by neutralizing the acids (another acid cancels out the acid already present) so that it is more effective and healthier than taking antacids and prescriptions which can actually do more harm than good. I think he does 50/50 water and Bragg.
