  • Of course it's best. It's a living fluid that changes to meet the needs of the baby. It contains over 400 things that formula doesn't have. Formula is cow's milk. Cow's milk is best for cows. Breastfeeding has lifelong health consequences. All babies should be breastfed at least 2 years. For all the benefits, 3 years is a better minimum.

  • It is the best for any child. I have two girls and they were breast fed, one for only 6 months the other a full year and even longer. They are very bright and well advanced for their ages.

  • They say its better but I dont see anything different with formula. I breastfed my oldest and formula fed my other 2 and there is no difference in them. I dont know what the big deal is with breast feeding. And I know I will get bashed for saying that but thats what I think. I dont think its any different.

  • Breastmilk is best, for 90+ years.
In Mongolia, the mothers express milk into a bowl in the fridge and any family member that wants some, has some.
