  • Have some sex! Sounds horrible, but it should help move things along. My sil is a L&D nurse and when they are about to send a lady home because she isn't progressing, she tells her to take her partner in the bathroom and have sex. She said that most that do it, stay in the hospital because it helps move it along. Those that don't get to go home and wait it out.

  • You may not want to hear any of it.. but you ask! lol....
    1. Walking
    2. Nipple Stimulation- lots of it
    3. Sex - The mans sperm does something to bring it on. (google it?)
    4. I think there are special pressure points during massage (feet or back?) that can help
    5. Sit on a balance ball? Maybe?! IDK
    6. Relax in a bath & be one with your body let it know its time & your ready. (Sounds silly, but you are in control!)

Google "Bring on labor naturally" ....You should get LOTS of ideas, but really if it means eating/drinking something or anything like that that you would not do on a normal day (is stimulating nipples daily normal? haha) i would contant your dr. for advice. (I personally wouldnt drink any teas/castor oil/massage therapy without Drs OK)
