What is your workout routine?

  • Dance for 30 minutes, ab circle, leg lifts, jog (When I can get out of the house) push-ups, crunches, pilates.

  • i get out of bed I go to the kitchen go back into bed and back to the bathroom and then back to the bed its great you should try it lol i love the treadmill however swimming is your best exercise because you use all your muscles. that is my day but not my exercise routine.

  • I do a differnet muscle group each day (back/bi, chest/tri, legs, shoulders, abs) and then i typically do about 30-45 min cardio. If you dont have much time, focus on what is more important to you, loosing weight/fat or muscle building?

  • I did do Yoga for short time then I quit bc I hate serious workout bc they are not fun to work out! I need something that is FUN to work out with! I need to start excerise really bad.

  • 6 days a week I do the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays I do 45 minutes of cardio. Tuesdays/Thursday/Saturdays I do 45 minutes of strength training. Mondays/Thursdays/Saturdays I run 5 miles on the treadmill.

  • 4-5 days a week: 45 minutes on the eliptical, 45 walking. Sometimes I just swim the whole workout but last time I did, I had a massive latissimus dorsi strain and could not move for three days.
