  • dish towel/rags. . .I hate to use paper towel. . . it seems such a waste when I can use a cloth towel and throw it in the laundry when I am done with it and reuse it later.

  • Me too. We used to buy a lot of paper towels at costco and they seem to run out in a blink of an eye. I throw the rags in the laundry on a hot water cycle/high heat dryer and it comes out clean and sanitized again.

  • I don't buy paper towels any more. I don't use them for cleaning ANYTHING. I agree, it seems like a huge waste of money. I can't believe how expensive they are!

  • Combo. We use about a roll of paper towels per week for cleaning and eating. As well, I have several rags that are used for cleaning. The biggest trick is how to make these rags work in my Hubs (and kids') hands instead of only mine!!

  • Cloth because it can be tossed in the wash. Paper towels are for absorbing grease and picking up quick spills.
