How soon into pregnancy do you start getting lower back aches?

  • They can start almost right away. Your body releases a hormone that will loosen your joints when you are pregnant, therefore causing pressure on your lower back. You don't have to wait for the baby to get bigger for that to happen. Professional messages help a lot!

  • I started before I even knew I was pregnant and it got worse in my 3rd trimester because my son was sitting in a spot where it made my back hurt like a SOB. My daughter(my first) I didnt get them till the last trimester

  • achually with my first I didn't get any back pains until I was about 8 months into my pregnancy and I worked up until 7 months and didn't get no aches until 8 months. With my second I had lower back aches down my right/left or sometimes both legs. I had this about 2-4 months into my pregnancy, but that is cause the baby was pinching my siadic nerve through my whole entire pregnancy.

  • Actually,I didn't have backaches with none of my pregnancies,Until labor,then,all he.. broke lose,yes,I had back labor,now that hurts.

  • Mine started a couple weeks ago and I'm 25 weeks. If you're struggling with it maternity stores have belts that will hold up your stomach and support your back. I really like mine!
