Back to school hair cuts?

Do you have your kids hair done before school? How long before school do you have it done?
Since I do hair myself, I'll probably do ds' about a week before, and the same with dd, though for hers it will just be her bangs.

  • it just so happened that ds needed a cut, so i did it this week. he's got less than a month before first day, but i'll probably trim around the ears/neck the week of. (i do hair, too.)

  • i'm in school for it and we're doing a back to school cut a thon for less fortunate families at a school fair on aug 2, they don't start till around the 16th

  • My DH usually cuts our son's hair the week before school starts... I swear this kind has the fastest growing hair I have EVER seen!

  • They get a cut every 2-3 weeks regardless! I always try to keep their hair nice!
