  • I usually by 2 new sets each year, and rotate them every week or two. Once they get worn out looking, then I rip them up to make cleaning/dusting/waxing rags.

  • I try to purchase new sheets every 6months and I freecycle the old ones to people who don't have any sheets.

  • When I get tired of using the same sheets. Probably 1 to 3 years. I use the old sheets on the other king size bed in the guest room.

  • Yikes, I just spent $90.00 on a new set. I think I'll be keeping these as long as they hold up. However, I am considering a new bed soon, so probably then!

  • every few months or so, probably about 3-4 times a year.

  • If the old ones get ripped then I replace them. Other than that I keep the old ones in the linen closet, sometimes I pull them out if someone spends the night on my couch. I just bought some new expensive high thread count sheets and accidentally spilled bleach on them in the laundry room, but I'm still keeping and using them! They are still very comfy even though they have big bleach splotches. I have 3 or 4 sets that I rotate so I don't have to see them every single day.

  • unless something happens, 5 years...turn them into rags or use them for beach/picnic/couch/furniture cover sheets

  • I keep using them until they get holes in them, they longer I use them the softer they get. Personally I don't see the need to replace them when there's nothing wrong with them. No one sees them but my husband and I....
