you could do what I do...i google when I ever I have symptoms that I am not sure of. Are you pregnant? If not then you could be dehydrated, getting the flu. Do you have any other symptoms? Just lay down and relax. Have a cool glass of water. If you throw it up water isnt so bad. If you have to eat something only have plain toast. Just keep in mind whatever you eat, you may see again and some things are not pleasant.
Because not everyone hangs out in the diet and fitness section and this way I cover all the bases if I post it in different sections ....why does it matter?? Does it bother you? Why are you anonymous? Thanks for helping me with my question
