Has anyone ever answered a question that was worth more than 3 points?

I mean can questions be worth more than 3 points or is that the max? If its not, how do you make a question that is worth more? What should it contain?

  • Well if you give someone a vote up (3 points) then select it as best answer (10 points), they'll get 13 points, or more if more people vote up the answer before it is selected as best answer. :o)

  • All answers are worth 3 points until you run out of core credits for answering. Best answer is worth 10 so with best answer is the only way to get more than 3.

  • Uh, points were doubled the other day during happy hour! But, that's a great idea. We should base the points on the quality of the question!!!

  • I mean why not be worth your weight in questions. Or even for reaching milestones for number of times answered. What about Know it all awards for people who answer every question? Sharp shooter for answering a certain number of questions first. Last time I checked school had awards nights, this could be the big people.
