  • mp3 players are usually small and hold less gigs, but you can find ones that hold as much as an ipod. They basically hold the same type of things- music, pictures, video. Sansa is a good brand of mp3.
Ipod is basically just a brand name, and usually has more color/storage options than an mp3 player. Some iPods have games on them too. iPods are typically more expensive. If you want an iPod, I reccomend getting a refurbished one off of the Apple website- they work just like new and are a lot cheaper than what you find in stores.
Now that I have an iPod, I dont think I would go back to my mp3 player.

  • iPod. I'm a sucker for the pretty packaging, and we're an apple family.

  • I am an iPod girl, and two of mine are refurbs (nano 3G - one 4GB and one 8GB) :) My other one was purchased new, a shuffle 2G 1GB, but that is because I chose a Product(RED) and had it engraved (it was only $10 more than a refurb)
