  • That is more a symptom of low iron or a thyroid problem.

    Do you have low vitamin D?

  • My vitiman D level is 24 and I guess its supposed to be between 32 and 100. I wonder if that's why I never have any energy.

  • My doctor put me on vitamin D a while ago too and I did notice that I had more energy while I was taking it.

  • That was a good article-thanks. I started taking extra vitamon D besides the amount that is in my calcium pills and I really do think I feel better.
