  • i dont have one but my neighbor did it was the worst POS i ever saw, she had only used it once, and it died. I have heard nothing but bad things about them. I used hers after it was supposedly fixed and it it was horrible, it ran slow.

  • Not me. We've had ours for almost 2 years, and have had no problems at all. We have another laptop that is better (or was a lot more expensive, rather), and I like this one more.

  • My son has had one for over two years and it IS a piece of junk. He can't afford to replace it or else he would. Thank goodness my other adult son can fix it!!!

  • NO problems with mine except my cord and that is because my cat chewed on it luckily it wasn't plugged in at the time.

  • I've had mine for 2 years and it is way better than the newer Sony my daughter has and we paid half the price for the Acer. We are always having problems with the Sony. My Acer has been great though.
