I have $100 each I can spend on my two teens, and two preteens. I have no idea where to shop. I need shoes, underwear, socks, backpacks, pants, shirts and school supplies. My one and only girl is extremely picky about what she will wear, and I dont want my kids to be made fun of because of what they are wearing. So that means no savers,or any other store like it. It would be nice if I could find some really nice t-shirts for like $5 and jeans for 10 is this possible? I need some names of stores that have some bargains without going to thrift shops,I say that because I have never had any luck their. My main thing now is to focus on clothes. I suck at shopping.

  • I went to JC Penny last week and they were having a sale (some items as much as 70-80% off). I got my tween a bunch of shirts for $3.98 each. Target & Sears were also having a good clearance sale. My teen found some skirts that were reg. $35, marked down to $6.

  • Old Navy usually has pretty cheap t-shirts and pants, especially in their clearance section. Try there!

  • Wow...its gonna be tough to get all that for 100 a piece. Maybe your school does that where they will give out free supplies to people who can't afford it. And there is always walmart. You could get some shirts there for probably $5-9 and jeans for about 20. So you could get them 2 outfits a piece and a backpack probably.

  • starting at age 14, my dad sat down with me and my sister. we worked out a list of necessities which my dad paid for. if we wanted more or better we paid the difference.
    you could try something similar.
