  • Depends on the person. Some are, some aren't. Just keep tracking yours to find out what yours does.

    Mine sometimes takes close to a week to drop from post-O level to pre-O level.

  • During AF (period) your temperature will fluctuate as your hormones return to per-ovulation levels.
