  • crunches (sort of) i lay on my back knees up and DD on my feet i lift and 'drop' her, she loves it, i feel great, and its a nice time to bond, she is 2.5 so shes still small :)

  • lay on your back, put your legs straight up in the air and cross them, and then lift them up with your abs.
    besides that, i like yoga and doing the ab machines at the gym.
    & cardio.

  • Planks..I can only do a few of them because I have incisional hernias that I need repaired and sometimes the strain will make them pop out. Kind of hurts..
